How do you price?

Price is a simple combination of time and materials. An onsite sales consolation is best in a practice method to aid your needs, and design a product that meets form, function, and price.

Are you competitive?

Market basket sampling shows we are more than competitive. You may find a better price with another company, but not a better product or value.

Delivery Time?

Delivery of custom goods are based on current lead time. Lead time generally increases during peak of season November to July. Once your order is placed you will be quoted an estimated lead time.

Why is delivery estimated and not firm?

Variables such as weather conditions and material availability.

Can I get a firm delivery?

Yes, depending on availability.

Once a product is delivered, will you still support it?

Yes, warranties will apply and if they do not we will always take care of our customers. We are looking for a long time customer not just a one time sale. Substitutions and additional costs may apply.

Are there any discounts or special prices?

Yes, in addition to our everyday value we offer a Summer Savings Program, (SSP). By placing your order ahead of time and agreeing to having your product produced during our off season, we offer additional discounts. (Please contact for more detail.)

Who are your typical customers?

Everyone. Residential, commercial, and government.

Can I buy your products from other resellers?

Yes, we are the exclusive marine canvas providers for many of our local marinas, boat dealers, and OEM's. You can place an order with one of our partners and have us perform the work. Ask us which marinas participate in our partnership programs.
